Brief introduction of equipment structure features

1 Main transmission assembly part: 

Reliable same ratio torque recoiling sprocket chain transmission, backward

 transmission can bear 20 ton push bending force. Tumbler drive adopts

 synchronous valves control and be synchronous with the push booster.

2 push bending rotary feeding assembly part:

This part is installed on three heavy duty working ball linear guideways, which 

are installed to 90 deg. Direction. The special structure makes the machine do

 heavy duty working easy and steady. If multi-stack bending is needed, we can

 install a driven cylinder of servo motor, then it can auto change bending molds. 

Demoulding structure is also driven by servo motor. Push bending force is 

transmitted by servo motor and planetary reductor through the heavy loading 

ball screw. 3D rotary bending is transmitted by servo motor through double 

enveloping worm gear pair, large torque of rotating. Small return gap,high 

accuracy of transmission, long working life.

Grabbing part adopts built-in cylinder and 15 deg. Strong grabbing ability,which 

can guarantee slipping  between pipe and tong hold. 

  3 Clamping part:

Using three horizontal push rod force amplifier ( in conjunction with the spindle tube

 mold to achieve return function ) , the entire tube clamping device does not produce

 the original position nor will it look in deflecting pipe clamp harm the finish . Clamping

 frame clamp block device installation is mounted on swivel arm outsourcing , another

 with a square floating ensure the accuracy of holding the tube, holding firm and stable.

4 Push booster part:

Push booster cylinder and guideway are long enough to satisfy long distance of

 rated max bend radius.one shot bending,high bend accuracy. Push booster 

cylinder is controlled by proportional valve,to achieve synchronization with the 

bending.

5 Mandrel pulling part: 

This part can also be synchronous with the mold changing of trolley assembly. Driven

 by servo motor and cylinder. Core pivot is driven by cylinder,connected by T -slot 

with the mandrel pulling cylinder.
